Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you full control over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can forward email messages from one mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the email account you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
